burnt ECU, need parts help

Ok,
So the caps leaked on the board.
By the top cap is a small black with grey diode with Z 99 mark on it.
I did some research and it's a zener type sylicone diode? is that right??
I don't seem to find them...where could I buy some ?? Anybody knows???

I had this problem when my ecu got screwed up. I took it to an electrician and was told that it is usually easier and cheaper to get a full replacement than to try and find one specific part on the board just because it is usually a specialty part that has been discontinued or extrememely hard to find. You may want to try finding a donor ecu for cheap and swapping the one diode over.
