rack and pinion

Hello all!! new to the forum. i just got a manual rack for my gsx and really need to put it in anyone have any helpful hints on making this project easier?

Manual rack conversions kinda suck. I would recommend paying someone to do it all

yeah my buddy works on these cars but i thought i could do it myself, but even he said it would be a bad idea so im going to probably wait til he has some free time.

I work on dsm's every day. If i had a friend that would put a manual rack in my car i would pay him.

+1, I installed one in my 91 gsx awhile back, its suprising how much of the front suspension has to be losened or removed to get the steering racks in and out.
