Ok,

I need some idea's on how to go about this, I know thee is Intercooler techniques who sells kits but they are junk and cost to much.

Ok, what iam looking for is Advice on how to do a Set-up to Spray Co2 into the intercooler.

How would I go about this? Would it be possible to use No2 products but use a co2 tank instead?

I need help, and this seems like a good way to boost hp a it until I can afford a GOOD fmic.

Thanks,

another note, is there any danger in spraying large amounts of co2 infront of the Intercooler fins?

You cant spray into the intercooler, because CO2 doesnt ignite when mixxed with gas, your engine would just stall.

You could have a setup where it sprayed ONTO the intercooler, which would give you some nice gains... nothing in the level of 50 hp, but 10-20 hp is possible on high boost situations.

Just by a tank, some braided hosing, and some sort of purge switch that you can hit to open the tank up and let it lose on the IC.. or you can get ghetto, put the bottle behind your seat, and just twist a knob directly on the bottle to open it up..

For parts, i guess it depends on how long you want to spray... For short little bursts you might be able to go buy a tank from a paintball gun, or invest in a bigger tank that can hold pressure.. C02 is relatively cheap to fine.. braided hosing should be found at any hardware store.. the purge switch, you would have to get creative on..

I don’t know where you got the idea that I sell junk:confused: Every person that I have sold a sprayer to is very happy. I have had one customer that needed me to make him a different size sprayer bar because he told me the wrong specs of his intercooler. Not a big problem he sent it back to me I made him a new one and shipped it back 2 day mail at no charge. I don’t understand why you would think I sell junk? I will even gladly answer questions for you, I have no problem helping others make their own kits! What is your idea for a IC sprayer?

What do you do to the back part of the sprayer bar(the part that actually sprays) do you just drill a bunch off small holes, or what. And how are they aranged, are they all in a row or staggared for a more spread out pattern. Thanks for the help, I am thinking about purchansing your kit, because I'm not sure if I could make one my self. Maybe but for a good price I could easily change my mind.

Yes I use a drill press that allows me to drill the holes at different angles, this cause the spray pattern to be more effective over the entire core.
I can sell you just a sprayer bar for your intercooler if you want. Its cheap and you can custom build the rest:thumb: drop me a e-mail or Pm if you want to talk business
