2g gsx bubbles in coolent, please help

Hello , i have a problem with the coolent , there are bubbles and somtimes foam in the coolent when i try to bleed it, there are times where there are no bubbles at all and looks fine , but then other times were it bubbles . I have no over heating issues and the car drives and pulls fine , there is no oil on the block and the exhaust doesnt smell like its burning anything , there is no oil in the coolent or vice versa , there are times were that the coolent is very dirty and black foam starts to foam could the coolent just need a flush and clean? , i did a compression test and i got 155 to 160 in all cylinders which seems fine for a high milage motor , any help would be much appreciated thank you , Jay

Yes flush and put a hose in the block or replace the rad with a clean one. When you fill it with new coolant turn the heat on on and leave tge rad cap open til no bubbles.
