- Car was originally an automatic rolling chassis but I converted it to manual using a donor parts car, (if you ever do this, follow the instructions on 2GNT.com) engine was also taken from this parts car along with various parts. Engine was completely disassembled and the block was rebuilt (stock crank). Hahn Stage II turbo kit I got off another donor car for wicked cheap, cleaned up, painted entire engine compartment, valve cover, intake mani, etc. Car was then stripped down to pretty much the frame for body work and rust repair, bondo, it was a nightmare. Painted entire car, custom maroon color. It was a slow 3 year journey of combining three cars into one monster, but totally worth it. Today the car runs great on full standalone Megasquirt 2.0, but am always looking to get more and more out of the 420aT.
