Have you tried your local junk yards? I was able to find some of the stupid little trim pieces that were broke or missing for our 92 laser and our 95 GST in a standing car at a local junk yard. They will not always let you pic the interior apart but some will since they are more concerned with parting the engine bay.

I would try any local junk yard first.
If that fails, search the web for someone parting one out. There's always someone on here, Talk, or Link that is parting out a 2G.

Dodge avaenger and seibring has the same panel i think... you can try the junk yards for them aswell

I'd recommend a junk yard or someone parting out a 2g.

Ive seen carbon fiber ones on ebay a while back. I havnt seen oem ones though. I dont know if carbon fiber is your thing or not but if it is then should check them out.
