It turns out the guy had an aftermarket coolant temp gauge sensor but had it tapped so that it connected to the factory gauge and an aftermarket gauge!I found the what I believe has to be the foglight clips (identical one on each side by headlight and headlights are already wired up), so...

So the clip with the two wires is definitely the AC temp switch. I guess the one of the right is the coolant temp sensor for the gauges in the instrument cluster. It just looks different in my car than number 4 in the photo above. Out of all the photos I've found on this, # 2 in this thread...

Hi all.The previous owner has tapped the 91-94 OFH for the feed to the turbo, but I'm going to be running mine from the head for now. I'm having trouble figuring out what size bolt will be best to plug that hole on the OFH. Also should I use some kind of sealant with it?

Not sure... First place I think of is where they do the EvoM bbqs by bear mountain. Not sure though.I figure we do it maybe in early September?

Thanks for the link. I've read a lot about the Motoman method but I haven't come across this page. I wasn't planning on babying but I won't be redlining it either. I understand (and agree) that the motor need to see pressure, boost, vacuum, and varying rpms... no cruising... all that stuff...
