Resolved 2G ECU pin 78?

I have a 96 GST. I'm trying to figure out some hacked wiring at the ECU.

Pin 78 which is not used on the stock wiring diagram I have has a wire running into it. It then runs into a shielded wire cover. I do not know where it goes because it runs into the main wiring harness.

My question is what could pin 78 in the ECU be used for? Both oxygen sensor wires (pin 75 and 76) and ignition sw (pin 92) are also hacked and run into sheilded wire covers. Any help would be appreciated. I have pics I can post later.

For a '95-'96, pin #78 is for the knock sensor.
