I would find a nut that uses the same threads as the fitting you are looking at and drill the hole close enough to the MAF side that you can hold the nut with your hand or a wrench to tighten it. Seal it with some RTV and call it good.

Personally I wouldn't route it back into my intake pipe though even though you say you don't have any oil blowby. I just don't like the thought of possibly having oil in my IC pipes.

If you want a vacuum source without using the intake you can drill a hole into your downpipe and weld a small diameter pipe into the hole with an angle cut in the exhaust stream. Connect the hose the the small pipe and there you go. It's an old hot rodder trick but it should work.

I would suggest drilling the hole and setting the fitting in place, take it to a muffler shop and getting them to weld it in. Dejon uses mild steel so it shouldn't be a issue for the welding setup they have. Make sure you paint it all before you put it back on the car or it will start to rust where the weld is.

You could also jb weld it there that should work. Also don't put any teflon tape on the threads to risky that it will get sucked into the turbo.

If you care about looks, you could always have the bung welded on the underside closer to the MAS end.

I have recently done this using a very similar fitting. Just drilled and hole then tapped threads into the hard pipe, yes it was thin but still had threads. Then I used red loctite to seal it up and wiped off the excess from the inside. Make sure you have no metal shavings in the hard pipe before you put it back on the turbo.

Do Not Use A nNut on the fitting , If it comes loose it will get directlky into your turbo , Think about it . I did the same thing drilled a hole threaded in a fitting ....no nut ! it wii be fine.

^^ like said above i would deff not use a not just spend a little money to get it welded on if your going to do that it shouldnt be much all they have to do is lay one single bead

Well I finished it, I got a brass fitting from kragen, it was a 1/8" npt I believe. I drilled a hole using a 3/8 drill bit. My tap was coarse thread and not fine, like the npt fitting. I still used the tap to start out the thread. After that I just used the fitting as it has 11mm bolt pattern to screw in. After I put some loctite on it . It is secure and everything seems to be all good. Very cheap if you have all the tools already. Fitting is about $2. Welding not necessary if done right.

Yeh it is cheap too. Especially if you trip over the fitting in your buddies garage and ask him for it. Glad you decided not to weld. Tapping the hard intake works fine. I'm sure welding would be ok, but seems like overkill.
