I've had some ongoing issues with tuning my car and my 50trim / intercooler. One issue was a not getting more than 19psi. So I've finally did a boost leak and found 2 coupler leaks in the piping.

So now confident that my boost leak was gone I went out and did a 3rd gear pull. When the boost started to come in the motor started to rev high without the car accelerating and then I got a code P0300.

Plugs are wires are within a couple months old. I've replaced 1 out of 2 of the coil packs. Fresh valve job.

Here is the log to go with it.

sec/coolant/rpm/air/timing/o2

on the dyno @.98 my A/F was 11.2 so I don't think I was too lean

If my clutch was slipping could it cause a misfire or am I having multiple issues?

It did this a couple days ago (slip) when I was going to try a 3rd gear pull and I let off earlier than I did today. I didn't get a code or anything so I kept going on the highway and went to 4th easy and then 5th and then punched it. It didn't slip and acutally hit 23psi so I let off again.

Then today I tried the pull and held the pedal down a little longer trying to listen and determine why it was free reving. Then I got the code.

The car feels the same way when I fried my stock clutch 50k miles ago. This time I just happened to get a code.

So I finally got a way to purchase a new clutch and figured it on ordering on Mon.

On my way to and back from work I thought I would test my luck and see if the clutch was still slipping, or how bad it was.

The only thing I've done sine last was to replace 2 out of the 4 motor/tranny mounts and put in my missing o-ring to my tial bov.

First thing I noticed is that my boost shot up way higher than before (23), obviously due to my air leak from the missing o-ring. Second I'm gett a little less vibration from the transmission, but third my clutch didn't slip. This was done by flooring it in 5th gear.

On my way home I decided that I should turn down my boost(20). Got on the highway and floored it again in 5th....didn't slip..... dropped it to 4th and floored it, didn't slip. Turned off the high way and started to do a 3rd gear pull.....didn't slip......what the heck???

Is there anything else that might have slipped a couple weeks ago, like a belt or something that would seem like a clutch. Plus like it says in the title, I got a code when it happened, multiple missfire. Any ideas??
