MBC installed, what about rest of nipples?

Ok. the pictures are on the bottom. I have installed the boost controller, but now i have 3 nipples left over. Acually, it would be 2 if i were to leave the BCS. But what should i do with the rest of the nipples?
i tried searching but did not help much. I am not really a writing learner. I am more of a visual learner. Some say leave the BCS out. Some say leave it in. Some say "T" the "turbo-to-intercooler pipe", some say plug it. Now, my question is what should I do?
I mean i haven't heard anything about the intake pipe nipple from any of the posts.
Is it all right to unplug the BCS from the connector and just throw it in my back seat?
I would really appreciate the help.

KEY:

Just leave the BSC plug'd in - (to the wire) and don't worry about what its doing.
I run my boost line off where the turbo starts to send the boost to the intercooler. (I believe... I haven't looked in there for awhile) seems like your running off a BOV T from the intake manifold...

Using a 2G intake mas of something? Didn't know 1G's had a hole under there (which I most likely have unplugg'd - just plug it up.)
 
well, that tube on the intake pipe is not the dump pipe. it is the vacuum line. And yes, 1g does have the the nipple on there connecting the vacuum. I believe i will just leave BCS plugged and let it sit there. anymore sugestions?
 
The nipple on your intake pipe is either going to be for your charcoal canister or your valve cover vent.
 
1. You can completely remove the bcs as 1G will not throw a CEL without it being plugged in, you will have to cap off the little nipple on the intake pipe.

2. To keep the setup you have, just cap off the compressor nipple.

3. I recommend using the compressor nipple as your pressure source rather than the BOV line, you have much to gain and nothing to lose by doing this.

Please elaborate on this. I always thought it would be better to tee off the BOV line cause it comes from the intake manifold. Therefore you are seeing how much pressure is going into the head Rather than how much pressure the turbo is creating BEFORE the intercooler.

Think about it, are you reading pressure off your boost gauge or your mbc? If the boost gauge is tapped at the manifold, why would what you read on the boost gauge depend on where you tap your pressure source for your mbc?

Taking pressure source from the compressor housing rather than the BOV line has its advantages.

1. Reduces the chance of boost spike/leak due to short route pipping.

3. In the case of boost leaks, it will help prevent over spinning the turbo.
 
OK i see what you are saying, but I'm talking about the wastegate opening at 15psi cause of the hot air comming right outta the compressor outlet and cooler air filling up the intake manifold. Or is this another one of those "psi is psi" deals?

There will be pressure drop of 1-2psi after the IC depending on its efficiency so the difference between tapping the compressor vs. manifold is that at the same mbc setting, you will get a slightly higher boost level from manifold due to the pressure drop resulting in wastegate opening slightly later. What is the solution to this? Tighten the mbc half a turn and you're done. When it comes to setting the boost, what is important is what is shown on the boost gauge which is always measuring the manifold pressure. Whether you achieve this pressure by tapping off the BOV or by tapping off the compressor and turn mbc up a little does not make a single difference to your motor, except the advantages I pointed out earlier.

15psi is 15psi, when you're reading both from the boost gauge. ;)
