I have a logger, and I am trying to figure out how to tell if the injectors are getting maxed out?

Is there some equation to figure that out? Thanks a lot

oh man! I am hitting 120-122 when full boost kicks in. Stock everything, except a few minor bolt-ons. Is something wrong?

mine measure 82% at 7K RPMS at full boost (17PSI) i wanna replace mine but wont do it if im still in a safe enough margin...

When I use the IDC option on mmcd, it doesn't give accurate duty cycle. The best way to do is is log IPW (injector pulse width) and go here to do the conversion.

Injectors CANNOT flow more than 100%. What you are logging is what the ECU WANTS the injectors to do. At 100%, the injector is open all the time, which is not good. Above 90%, injectors get erratic. That's why most suggest 85% as max. The injector needs to open and close to flow properly. You need to turn down your boost.

even though the car is pretty much stock? only mods i have are uicp and 2.5 turboback,i still have the stock boost controller hook up..will a fuel pump rewire help me out with this?

Did you log ipw and convert it yet or are you still just looking at idc from mmcd? No one can help you if youm dont really have any problems.

i did the conversion,and it seems like my injectors are still around 90%.i am going to do a fuel pump rewire today,maybe this will help out.
