Really need a guage to so you can set it...

Wow that was really helpful thanks for chimming in.

You will need alot of little pieces do use that regulator. You will need the AN fitting for the end of the fuel rail, braided line for the fittings, and like the smart guy above said, a gauge to see the pressure. I would check out the one from Buschur it is a bit more money but a true bolt on. If you added up all the little parts that you had to buythen it would about equal the price of the Bushcur model.

I can't tell if you were being sarcastic or nice on that one... I was trying to help him think about it...

That was all kinds of sarcasm.

I dont like when people who dont have the actuall answer to the question try and make the person asking the question feel dumb. It is very obvious that he needs a gauge, but he also needs a few more pieces. You just said a guage and put a smiley like you are the shit. If, in reality, you were the shit you would have told him all the parts he needed and actually answered the question. That wasnt much help, think about that.

In my opinion, I wouldn't get that one. Get the Aeromotive. That SX uses -10 AN fittings. The largest you should need is -6AN. The Aeromotive uses -6. Unless you plan on using -10 fuel lines, which is like putting a 5" exhaust on the car. Total overkill and way not worth the expense/time.

Buy the Buschur kit and be done with it. I have it and it's true bolt on. It comes with all of the hardware that you will need. It's spendy at $275, but worth every penny.

I just looked at the buschur kit. For $275, you get a $140 regulator, a $25 adapter for the return side of the fuel rail, a $20 gauge, and $3 in brass fittings. So, lets add that up. $188 in parts. 10 min. of a welder/fabricators time isn't quite worth $87 to me. I did my entire fuel system from the filter to the return line for less than $275. And that includes a bunch of AN fittings and braided lines.
