Faster: DSM or JDM

I hope I don't get my head chopped off posting this thread but I really need to know cause I'm split on getting my next car. Anyway, the question is obviously which tuner is faster a 2nd Gen DSM AWD modded out with money as not a problem or a 2nd Gen Civic modded to its fullest as the same as the AWD -(no money limit). I post this question because DSMers are the only guys that would give an honest answer, ricers swear that Hondas can beat Lambos if given the chance.
