And the GS fuse box to GST harness are both male plugs and have gotten a 2G 99’ GST fuse box, but threads I’ve read says use the GS fuse box and I'm not sure what I should do.Any and all help to get this correct would be appreciated,

Hello, did you ever figure out how to wire in the 99’ Eclipse GST Harness into 99’ Eclipse GS that I had removed the 4G64 and put in 4G63T engine into.
