WILL UPDATE WITH INTERIOR PICS! This is my 96 Eagle Talon TSI fwd that I have up for sale. Car will not be operational, but will not need a whole lot to complete the car and get it running like stock. I will be removing the upgraded fuel system, turbo, manifold, side exit, SD and ethanol kit, dsmlink v3, and Rota grid wheels. All of these will be for sale on a separate ad.
Now to start with the bad... car is in my name and has been registered and up to date, but the vin on the title doesn't match the one on the car. Seems someone owned two of these at once and mixed titles so I am in the process of either hopefully getting in contact with the owner and getting the matching title or it will be a bonded title. I already had the car inspected and approved as road worthy and for a new title, I just now have to send some letters back and fourth. You can get a clean title after 3-5 years depending on state. Also found out car had been stolen and recovered and also is rebuilt. We will have to run a bill of sale stating that once I receive the new title, I will sign and send it to you so that way you're protected from anything happening.
The only major rust is in the wheel well which is typical and can be cut out, rest of the car has very very light surface rust in some spots. Also the passenger side headlight support will need to be pulled as I had slid and damaged it a little and the fender will need to be fixed which should be super easy. This could also be your excuse to go tubular.
Car was running before I pulled everything and will not need much to get it running again. I have a video of it running if you would like to see. It will have bc 272/272 cams, 525 hellcat pump with stm fuel pump rewire, turbo kit with 20g ebay turbo (turbo is brand new), boost and oil pressure gauges, short shifter, mishimoto catch can, radium vented catch can, 1g radiator with 12" spal slim fans, and probably more im forgetting. Car will have mostly everything to put back to stock and get it running again.
This car is in no way perfect, but is a lot better than others I have seen and would be perfect for someone that wants a project. I was planning on awd swapping the car, but bought a 91 Talon roller and buying a 93 Eclipse soon so I'm moving on with this one. I hope this will find a good home as i wish I wasn't letting this one go, but I need too. Paypal goods only or cash in hand. WILL NEED TO BE TOWED.
