WTB 1G Talon! Ready to buy!!

I am looking to buy a 1G Talon. I prefer a 1Gb but I could be interested in a clean 1Ga.

My must have's -

- Must RUN and Drive!
- AWD,
- 5 speed,
- No Rust (Trying to find a Talon with a decent body.)

Anything extra done to the car is a plus.
Would love to find one with a recent rebuild. (Not a must have but a Huge plus!)

I have CASH on hand! I am ready to buy!
My price range can vary depending on condition of the Talon.
