So ive had terrible luck with these throttle bodies in the past. Im considering upgrading to the jmf billet manifold. They recommend at least a 74mm throttle body. We dont have to many good options for quality throttle bodies that dont leak. Both of my previous 70mm tbs leaked terribly. I switched back to stock and never looked back. Anyone have good luck

I use the actual Ford Mustang tps, you can get it super close to the Dsm one and I was able to run it even on a stock ecu, Idle control I use an external isc that I made from the Nissan purge solenoid with the Dsm isc motor windings so that it will plug in. Keep in mind that I use a Magnus V3 manifold that is already setup for the Mustang bolt pattern, so I use the 100mm Accufab because I cant find a reason to choke off the manifold with an adapter with a turbo this big, however Magnus makes a Dsm to Mustang adapter for that manifold that you should be able to reverse?

http://magnusmotorsports.com/product/magnus-remote-mount-iac-adaptor-for-mitsubishi-dsm-evo/ wouldn't this work? also do you have a link for the tps sensor or part number
Yeah, the Magnus part would work just fine, its just a more expensive solution, but its a nice piece, I didnt feel like paying shipping from Canada and no one had them in stock in the area that I know of or I would have grabbed one.

I have successfully implemented a true 74MM S90 throttle body, I had to work over each side of the throttle shaft to keep it from leaking but after a lot of effort and time I was able to do so.

I did also by upgrading the shaft seals. Why cant these peopls upgrade their shaft seals. Their like 10 bucks. Im not buying a new product to repair it

Kiggly had a stock throttle body to a SMIM ( stalk his gallery) and twicks69 (IF profile is current) is running a 1G TB to SMIM

Nuff said

PS, you can always run the adapter plate back to stock TB if you get that SMIM
