What transmission are you using? and do you have antilock brakes? I would be looking at the front right and front left 2.0 with turbo m/t and with abs.

No abs, 99 GST (turbo) coupe tranny...

You should be able to use both the non abs and abs axles from 2.0 fwd turbo. Only difference is the tone ring for the abs on the outer cv joint. My car was originally a fwd non turbo auto. I swapped it to a manual and I ordered fwd 2.0 turbo abs axles and they fit fine.

Dude I PM'd this info to you like a week and a half ago.

=====================================
For a 2g gst manual transmisson, there are only 2 versions on each axle, 1 with abs, 1 without.
here are the part numbers.

part # MR165587
Eclipse. 2wd. 2.0l. Left side. With turbo. Gs-t, without abs, manual trans.

part # MR165588
Eclipse. 2wd. 2.0l. Right side. With turbo. Gs-t, without abs, manual trans.
==========================================

part # MR165589
Eclipse. 2wd. 2.0l. Left side. With turbo. Gs-t, with abs, manual trans.

part # MR165590
Eclipse. 2wd. 2.0l. Right side. With turbo. Gs-t, with abs, manual trans.

I know you did dusty, but my mechanic said it didnt fit....He said he tried 3 out of the 4 axles you listed.

I know if hes using OEM or Aftermarket axles....I hope that wouldnt be the issue

he's an idiot then, cause i looked up the parts with Mitsubishi ASA and even checked to see if the hubs were the same for the gs spyder and the gst spyder.
Did he say that its not fitting in the transmission or the hub?
cause the hubs are the same, the gst spyder uses the same transmission and axles as the gst.
if you have the same hubs and transmission as the gst and gst spyder, there is no possible way that the axles could be different

make sure the axles your getting have 25 splines on the outer joint and 27 on the inner (transmission side)

go to napaonline.com and search the part numbers i gave you. it'll bring up the right axles.
