Looking to trade 96 gst spyder for long or short block

I've got a 96 gst, it is a project although it starts and runs no problem. Needs love but it's a complete car with working top. I'm looking to trade for a long or short block for a 98 gst that I need to get fixed ASAP. Let me know what you have, the car only has bill of sale, no title, I bought it from a dealer who was in business 18 years and skipped town 3 days later.
