86 is the power for the relay to work
85 is its ground so that the relay functions
30 and 87 are the switching poles of the relay for your pump to get power from the battery to the pump.
This subject comes up enough that a little diagram and instruction should clear it all up for those who have questions.
It pretty much works on all vehicles.
