1.Cnc staging brake #412SB3/4
2.(2x) Russell endura fitting #641431 -3an to 10mm x 1.0 fitting one goes on proportion valve and the other on the secondary line on the master cylinder.
3.Earls -3 hose assembly female #63010132erl depending on placement you will probably need a few of these. You can also use 3/16 brake line instead of the earls hose you would just have to bend and flare your own lines and add couple more fittings.

still chipping away at it!

Pulled the head today really just to switch out the copper orings in the block and MLS headgasket over to stainless steel o'rings and a copper headgasket. Last time I was adjusting the two step at around 20lbs and one of my heater hose nipples blew off and sprayed coolant everywhere and I thought it was a headgasket issue but realized I never completed the heat cycle and retorque phase, so I removed the valve cover to retorque and noticed I was able to get a 1/4 turn on a few of them so I said forget it change it all out. The MLS gasket looked fine though. Just waiting for new head gasket to come then I'll reassemble. Lastly, I straight edged the block and head and was only able to get 0.0015" to along the rear of the block towards the rear oil drains so straight enough for me. Now would probably be a good time to finish up the staging brake now that the head is removed.

Finished installing the new stainless steel o'rings in the block. The install was pretty straight forward,it just took a little time to file fit the ends of the rings to get the gaps as tight as I could. I also tried to make sure to have the ends of the rings terminate near a head stud just to ensure the ends are seeing the most clamping force. Also, got around to installing the staging brake. I just tapped into the proportion valve and the front line on the master cylinder. Then I vacuum bled it then just tested the wheels and the passenger side front and driver side rear lock up when the staging brake is pulled. Now I'm just waiting for my headgasket so I can put it all back together.

Well I thought it would be good ideal to start putting my drivetrain back together while I wait for my head gasket but when I went to install the 300m transfer case none of the bolts would line up. It seems as if the new slip yoke is too long. I might have to find a shop to shorten it ugh what a pain.
