Guys, I just pulled out my plugs are found that no.1 came out like this. What could be the cause of it looking like this. All the others looks brand new.

Once you set your HP goals, you can then know what supporting mods are needed to reach that goal. 400+ hp, 20g turbo is good. If you plan on going higher, I suggest building from the bottom end and move on up. Good clutch kit to hold your power goal is definitely recommended
I am also using him doing tuning on my car using ECMlink V3. He's great, very knowledgeable and patient . I have located some issues that needs to be resolve first and he is been advising as we go along. Good guy to work with.
I had the same issue before and it was the ignitor/transistor. The car sounds like it lost a piston or missing when idling. Once I changed mine, everything was good.
I have a Manley/Manley and made 418hp before my clutch went, was on my way to 500hp, but lost a piston along the way, about to replace them and continue.
Just an update: I finally got my car tuned over the weekend and made 418hp on 23 psi. The clutch started to go some we backed off the boost and ended the day at 388 hp at 15 psi all on pump gas. The torque is is at 332 to 11s is definitely achievable. Once the clutch is changed, we will up...

I decided to disable my clutch switch so that I could start my car without pressing in the clutch, but after disconnecting the plug, the car wouldn't start. Any idea on what might be the cause.Thanks
Should your fans act as a pusher or a puller of air on the radiator. I am planning on getting two 12" fans for my radiator and the description of the fans says that they act as a puller from the factory.
I used 560cc with the S-AFC, and made 310hp on pump. Can be more, but that's just an idea of what you can make. As the others mentioned, give some more info and you can get better ideas for your goal.
just a quick update guys, I did 1 dyno pull and got 310hp on 15psi still using my 560cc injectors and using a dsmchip stage 3. I will be installing the ECMlink this weekend and having the car tuned. So I expect to get a lot more

Currently, my friend has an EVO 2 and with it current set up, running 11.4 sec. He wants to convert it to an automatic just for the track. Has anyone done this kind of conversion before? I know that the transfer case, tranny and a few other things will be needed. Any input to guide...
I Just decided to post an update. In case anyone who sees this tread, they know that I was successful. I have been doing some upgrades to the car, but so far, everything is working good. About to get it tuned with ecmlink v3. Looking to for 400HP.
I know that it's all in the tune to get the HP. I have ecmlink v3, 255 fuel pump and 272/272 cams. Going to the dyno next week to see how much I am right now.
It was the power translator. I played around with it and the car would catch a few times. Swapped mine with an Evo 3 and it worked like a charm. I also ordered an extra one for a back up.
Swapped out my 850cc back to my 560cc and everything was ok. 1 on the 850's was stuck int he open position. I sent them to injector clinic and had them clean, flow tested.
If people really want to run without the intake, the front facing setup would be ideal. Just some cutting in the bumper for the fresh air to come in.

Do you think tuning with the EMS with speed density is easier than with the ECMlink? I have the ECMlink and trying to decided to either go with a GM MAF or speed density
I recently switched over to ECMlink V3 also switching to a GM MAF. You will need a socked ECU (Eprom) also when you get your ECMlink, also get the GM cable. ECMlink will control the GM MAF. I ordered mine through MAP Performance. Got a good deal.
