The Balljoint kit is the way to go, i bought this POS kit myself 3 years ago and had the same exact problem so i took them off and sent them back for a refund and instead got the ball joint kit and since then ive had no problems.

You might have a bad mster cylinder if not then you have a bad shift fork.

Could be bad bearings on the idler/tensioner pully replace them and see if it fixes the issue.

You should be fine with that setup, dont expect much though.

2100 would be fine, dont wanna be too aggressive because in the end its still a 7bolt.

This is definitely a sick build.

Its a possibility but is your engine acting up in any way ? do a compression/leakdown test, take off the oil pan and inspect it.I think your best option is to take out the oil pan and see whats in it.

Aftermarket gauges ftl, if worse comes to worse you can always get your self a dash harness.

Check ISC, for boost leaks, ignition transistor. Hook up a logger and check for codes too.
