You have 550's and a 2g maf which pretty much equal each other out, you will be fine. You may actually be running a good tune as long as boost is stock. But like stated it stay out of WOT and you will be fine untill you get your wbo2 and start tuning it out.
Agreed it may be PK, but like stated you must answer if you have a wbo2, what AFR's are seeing, compression ratio and how much boost.Rev the motor at idle out of gear and see if it still knocks. If you get lots of knock and your motors not under load its most likely phantom knock (PK).
You will be fine with those injectors. You may get them up to max but you should be fine. Just watch them logs. And yea next time get bigger injectors so you dont have to ever upgrade again.

Most likely you are on the dynoqueen!! (dynojet). My car would have made 400whp on a dynojet. ECMlink usual estimates HP around a dynojet and it has hit 434whp before. Load bearing dynos show a lot lower more accurate number.
Very good numbers. Not sure why people are so surprised though. Buddy made 280whp on a 14b and a dynojet. I made 297hp on a 16g at 17psi and a dynojet. Then only made 330whp at 30psi and e85 on a load bearing dyno. Dynojets show high numbers. I would have made 400whp on the same dynojet.
I use link and if you dont change anything than you didnt change anything. If that makes sense. You would have only changed the rpms settings. I would go out and do a wot pull and log. If you have good AFR's, boost, timing and no knock than you are good.
These cars heads are by far not the choke point. The choke points are all the bolt on mods. You can make 600whp on stock head, intake manifold and block as long as the tune is safe. Its all in the tune. Spend the money where it counts, turbo, EMS, fuel mods, and you will do fine.
The agx sucks when lowered past 1" which is why they suck. But if used only in the rear they work wonders. The best cheap setup is what I used to run till I just sold them but it was the Prokit with AGX rear struts and GR2 front struts. You keep the agx's at the softest setting on the street...

Use the maf-t to setup the injectors and the SAFC for fine tuning. I ran 1200cc injectors, maf-t, safc and e85 on my 16g setup running 30psi. It worked out real well.

You can get all scientific about it, but they both will handle around the same. Both are proven. 7.8:1 is a little low compression for any car IMO. I run the 1g rod/ 2g piston setup.
