    That's awesome #'s on pump gas. What boost level do you run on the green with pump gas? I plan on swapping out my FP ported Big28 with an internally gated green in a few months. I think the FP green has been well proven over time. It's a great street/strip turbo IMHO.

    I use 550's and a walbro 255lph fuel pump with my FP Big28. Although You can use a 190lph fuel pump. I use a walbro 255 because I didn't want to have to swap fuel pumps out again, if on down the road I decided to go with a bigger turbo in which I plan on going FP Green and 660's.

    With that turbo you should definitely go 660's. I'm sure you would max out the duty cycle on 550's. 550's are perfect for FP Big28's, 16g's, and big 16g's, but not for a 50 trim.

    I say anywhere from 320 to 360 hp @ the crank depending on your boost level, and tuning. I believe 16g's will support around 360 crank hp if I'm not mistaken.

    That is an interesting idea, but the only problem I see with that idea is the vaccume hose would be to long, therefore causing excess boost spike.

    I'm currently using the VDO boost gauge and the only problem that I have with it, is when the car is turned off the needle on the gauge doesn't sit exacty on zero, it rests slightly or one bar below the zero, therefore I'm really not sure if it's reading accurate or not when I'm boosting.

    As I stated earlier Larryd made 380whp, roughly 450 crank hp with an AGP L2R and the big GReddy fmic at over 25 psi with supporting mods, so I think it's fair to say it does a good job, not the best but good, and last I remember an AGP L2R is considered a large turbo.

    My old T-25 use to glow red all the time after hard runs, and so does my FP ported Big28. You could only see it during the night. It is perfectly normal for a turbo to glow red after running your car hard.

    Only you will be able to decifer that. Remember every car is different when it comes to tuning, even if you and another car had the exact same mods the tuning will differ 80% of the time.     I have seen about a 30 to 40 hp increase when a 2g has been out fitted with a 1g tb, intake manifold, and head with a 14b. That is a significant amount IMHO. I plan on doing the same with my set up, with the Big28. Good luck!!
