um, maybe the fulcrum ball is worn, or the clutch fork is worn/bent. Did you use a new TOB? Is the TOB clipped in on both sides? Just throwing ideas out there that could possibly affect engagement.
that's really hard to answer. Could be 100 different things. oil pickup seal, oil filter housing, pressure relief, oil cooler, balance shaft bearings....did you spin them to block the oil port. main bearings bad, rod bearings bad. oil squirters leaking/sticking open,oil pump failing...etc...

Hey Black Cotton, are you sure you got the fiberglass dash at S&W? I checked their website and the only thing they have listed are aluminum dashes. Please let me know because I'm wanting to get a fiberglass dash.
Wow, that's a long drive. What's the total estimated hours? We're heading out from Georgia 4am Friday morning. It's about a 12 hr drive for us. So, I'm guessing yours is at least 24-30 hrs.
