check for boost leaks as well as your wastegate. I had the actuator come off the flapper before and obviously i wouldnt build any boost

be patient and buy a nice car that isnt rundown. these cars are already a PITA so avoid any problems you can from the startand good luck

start unplugging everything and labeling plugs, you can depin the plugs if you need to just be sure to remember the orientation

check the maf and plug for continuity

have a stock hot side and your welded hot side

I didn't want to resort to an impact because of the inability to limit torque but because of the mirage having a smaller engine bay I don't have the space between the wheel well and pulley to use such tools... Just to get the pulley out I have to remove the crank bolt and washer

Lol clutch is not pushed in...did have the driver side wheel off but passenger side was on the ground...the axel was not spinning though.

Im attempting to tighten my crank sprocket bolt and i read that I could put the car into gear and have somebody hold the brakes to tighten the bolt to the 87 ft lbs but when I do this the motor still turns. The car is a manual. Why is the crank still turning?

I blocked off my fiav in attempts to rid myself off the 2k rpm cold idle but I still get it. I have no boost leaks and have tested my isc/tps. What else could cause this?

not the gauge lol the sending unit, its best to relocate them due to engine vibration causing premature failure

just curious where you guys mount your sending unit when its relocated. i dont have as much room as a 1g or 2g, im running a swapped colt but just looking for ideas.
