    Calendar

Did everyone get their calendar after buying it? I’ve still never received mine and can’t get an answer from the place I bought it. I spoke to the lady that made it through messages but she said she sold them through the company. Anyone know another email for the company selling the calendars?

    PFI Speed

I’ve been waiting to see what kind of numbers the car would put up and I wasn’t disappointed with it at all. It looks pretty clean from what I can see in the video. I’m hoping someone will start a channel focused around DSM’s but I haven’t found anything I like yet. I know there are a couple...

    World Cup Finals 2019

I love any DSM and truly believe competitively they’re at a disadvantage for numerous reasons, but, saying that I don’t think they are the only cars at a disadvantage to the Honda. Honda has always been a cheaper, easier platform for tuners to obtain. Lightweight cars, millions of people tuning...

    World Cup Finals 2019

I was just looking at the results of this years event and it’s pretty clear that from Wild Street down is perfectly setup for a Honda to succeed. Just the amount of Civics qualifying and dominating those classes would make me; if I was the event organizer, take a better look at what the Civics...

    Cleetus McFarland

I’m a nurse and work 7P-7A so I usually have a 3-4 day stretch I’m off so I can keep up. I wish someone would start a DSM focused channel and it’d be perfect. If I lived in a more populated area I’d definitely do it but there’s very few car guys much less DSM guys. I’ve made some videos covering...

    Cleetus McFarland

I know I’m always talking about domestic or .... A Honda in the hangout forum but I enjoy the Cleetus McFarland channel. To see what they accomplished WCF ‘19 was pretty amazing considering they literally changed to a entirely different clutch setup the day before World Cup! To be such a small...

    2G Building a stronger 5 speed transmission

Absolutely information overload! This should be a thread for everyone else that wonders the same thing. The amount of in-depth parts knowledge and what parts work and how rare they are. I want to thank everyone who added to help guide myself on what can be done in the garage and what HAS to be...

    DSM binge

I’ve been on a YouTube DSM binge and found this. I was shocked at the # of DSM’s racing
  16. FAQGSX222

    The answer is NO!

I’m just wondering parts wise. I’ll guess easily north of $30k

    2G Building a stronger 5 speed transmission

What goes into building the stock transmission stronger; it’s a question I’m sure many people have asked but most haven’t had answered other than the standard “buy better parts” answer. Stronger shift forks, upgraded gear sets and other parts that are extremely expensive through aftermarket...

    Team Homicide Eclipse

Anyone know this car? Saw a YouTube video where they were racing in Mexico against a built ZR1 vette and wanted to know more about the car.
  19. FAQGSX222

    The answer is NO!

I can only imagine what’s the real cost if you were to include labor. I’m going to look at the best parts they offer and see how much that totals. I’ll never be able to afford any of it but I’ve always had those dreams of hitting the lottery then buying a DSM of this caliber! I don’t see the Red...

    Boostedboiz Mayhem

Well hopefully they grow as racers. I can’t lie, I really enjoy some of their videos. PFI Speed and Cleetus are definitely my go to channels until I find a DSM channel that puts out content as frequently. I’v been recording videos of my car and what I’ve done as I go along but don’t really enjoy...

    The answer is NO!

I am always in shock to see what this thing does rather it’s 1/4 mile or 1/2 mile! Does anyone have an idea of how much he has in that car the way it sits? Not how much he spent to get it there. If someone won the Lott for a few million dollars and said “Build me that Boostin Performance” how...

    1998 GSX resurrection

I decided to get rid of the MAF Translator and 3” GM sensor in order to run the stock MAF sensor and FP intake pipe. In doing that I had to build a new IC pipe setup and decided to go with the black pipe. It’s only a $100 cheap set but it’s 2.5” pipe with T-clamps on each connection. I’m fixing...

    2G Found the connectors

We’ll all the links didn’t work. I’m just trying to figure a way to wire them up, connectors or not.Ok the second pic I can wire that up but the first pic that entire connector and the piece it connects to so I’ll probab have to replace the part itself
  27. FAQGSX222

    2G Found the connectors

Anyone have a pic of the wires/connectors to the oil pressure gauge and sending unit? I’ve got 2 wires that had the connectors ripped off when alternator belt broke. Both wires are coming out of the alternator wiring. I’m trying to see what connectors are needed so I can find them at a parts...

    2G AEM FPR install

I’m having trouble with the bottom line. I think I’m going to have to buy a different AN fitting. Now I know most mount them there I’ll do whatever it takes. I need an AFPR and I love this one. With the AEM fuel rail it’s going to look great in there.

    2G AEM FPR install

I’m stuck as chuck trying to find a place to mount this thing! I’ve got an AEM fuel rail with the matching AN fitting welded on. Here are a couple of pics so maybe somebody can help me figure this out. I’m keeping the A/C so that’s causing some of the problem.

I can’t imagine that car being very cheap to build. He’ll have to finish all his builds laying around to sell just to fund that car! Yea his next video was how to paint his Civic roll cage. Don’t get me wrong he has some badass cars and paints extremely well but he’s falling into the niche of many YouTube channels have went to; too many projects going on at once! I’m losing interest in his channel due to that fact, not to...

Netflix Season 2 of "The Fastest Car"

I haven’t seen the episode but what I’m reading here I’ll probably pass on it. Scratch that LC-1 is more expensive. Digital LC-1 vs LC-2 analog?
  44. FAQGSX222

    General Wideband recommendations

I think I’m going to get the LC-2 from ExtremePSI. I’ve seen it cheaper on EBay but I’d rather pay the extra and deal with a reputable company. The LC-1 is a little cheaper but I figured the newer model must have some better updates to it. Any thoughts?

like to stay under $200 so that leaves a lot to choose from. I know a lot is just which a person prefers but I’m looking to see which one will give me the best bang for the buck.
