My other concern is does the +1mm over exhaust valves hurt anything with the std intake valves for the stock cams

Yea you guys are right, let me gain some experience with tuning first. Stock cams/cam gears, 16G +ecm link. This is what’s going in the block, so hopefully it can take the upgrade in the future. Eagle H rods, wiseco 8.3:1, balance shaft delete, with straight cut gears. 1g in a 2g project

I work for a bearing company and could possibly have these made for us, if anyone has the spec dimensions this could really help.

I'm getting 1.268" ID on one end, the other end 1.265". The OD I'm getting 1.461". Length I'm getting 2.314". It looks worn in some spots more than others. Not sure how much play there should be, I could always take a video and post it for a visual.

Maybe even dimensions of what the ID is suppose to be? I could have these made. Just can’t find anything on it!

Bolt holes wouldn't be so much of a problem for me but I didn't even look, it was late and an idea popped in my head an slapped it on. Ill look more into it and see if I can get this to work if not eh still fun. What I'm more concerned about are the baffles on the underside and how that'll have...

It does fit, I tried last night for the hell of it and if you rotate it 180 it fits, but the oil cap is on the lower and etc. Not sure if the baffles matter, but I'm sure pretty sure it plays an important roll.

I've asked him numerous times, he doesn't have a way to measure it I guess.. he just says "It's OK" If I have him re-weld and resurface I should be okay right? & What does lap the block mean?

He said bring the head to him. But I'm still unsatisfied with how they surfaced my block. The resurface they did on my head is smoother than how it turnt out on the block. I can feel grooves with my nail. He keeps telling me its "OK" to run a MLS with this finish, but deep down I don't think so?

The surfaces are pretty smooth? Nothing catches my nail? Mainly want input about the pit welding with small pits in it.. Its right on the edge of the outer diameter of the gasket seal area

I told them I plan on running MLS and they said "You'll be good" he couldn't give me a RA sadly.. I ordered a MLS, anyway for me to tell if a MLS is a mistake? Is there a chart for visual RA? Something close I mean
