Is your crank bolt torqued properly? Does the balancer wobble any? Check the signal generator plate for straightness. Check crankshaft run out.

I paid for ceddymods big maps the other day with no response so far. Is this normal? I would really like to continue tuning my car up but evoscan is logging load greater than 160. I realize I can change the last few columns but I would like the resolution of the large maps.

It sounds like you need to stir/shake up the paint you have. I have done what you described before. After the paint (imron) didn't set up a couple of hours later I reopened and stirred the paint, I found a thick layer at the bottom. I mixed the paint very well and the problem was solved.

Valve springs need to be replaced when they start losing pressure at a given height. Spring pressure is usually checked at installed height and Valve open height. Its best not to wait until they break to replace them.

Research Ecuflash since you stated that you have a 98. You should have a flashable ecu and all you need to start tuning is an openport 2.0 cable, evoscan and ecuflash. Ecuflash is a free download Evoscan is about $25 if I remember correctly Openport 2.0 cable is $160 I think
