Your slave cylinder could be getting weak making it feel softer. Not sure if you have done it yet, but you can fine tune the little actuator shaft on the master cylinder, especially if it has been changed before and not properly adjusted. Might try vacuum bleeding the system as well. One more...

Good oil... Thats not SUPER bad oil consumption, but its not normal either. This is definitely shortening the life of your sensor. I would start looking into a rebuild.

What weight oil do you run?

Yes. Id do it I were you. If you still have issues something else is wrong. The 4.9 was designed for heavy stress in automotive application. Bosch says 700° celsius is its optimum operating temp for accuracy which is about perfect for our cars.:thumb:

Depends on the budget for your build and what your goals are... For most the former will suffice. Unless you plan on serious big power and want a no compromises mind set then get the 4.2. Both get the job done, the 4.9 just utilizes better technology.

.028 is what I run on most of my dsms. Many use this spec with success.

With maft you can basically "zero" out all the knobs and that will leave you with stock fueling. The dip switches will have separate uses delending on the revision of the box. There is also a wot tuning mode many users overlook, but I recommend a wideband not just a logger for the wot tuning.
