I have a basically new Fidanza Lightweight Aluminum Flywheel for a 6 bolt awd. I had it installed on the motor I was building for my laser over the last couple years and I unfortunately have to part ways with my build. The flywheel has very minor rust spots on the surface where the disc goes...

Im having an issue with my car and im having some problems diagnosing it. I have zero boost leaks at 25 psi. mechanical timing is spot on. ignition timing is set to 5 degrees BTDC, i just installed a new knock sensor because the old one was leaking all the gel out and i thought that would fix my...
I recently had my mechanical oil pressure leak all over my radio and totally fried it, Ive always ran electric guages for fear of my oil leaking out into the cabin. This gauge happened to be in the car when i purchased it and never checked to see if it was mechanical or electrical, i know its...
I recently just acquired a holset hy35 and i was trying to figure out if the bolt on housing for the hx35 will work with the hy35. On extremepsi there is a vband option one and i was wondering if that would work? and if not what should i do in regards to a manifold.
yes the slave cylinder does actuate all the way and return. and yes i went through the jacks trans adjustment method. I did notice the pedal wasnt coming up all the way to the cruise switch so i adjusted that to where it hit properly. i did take the slave off and i pushed the clutch fork by hand...
I just bought a 90 fwd turbo laser the other day. and since purchase its been a little notchy going into all the gears. Mainly just 2nd and 3rd you could hear a slight crunch. well i went to take off in it this evening and i couldnt get it to go into any of the gears. Reverse it would grind but...
I have the exact SRS catback on my 1g and when i installed it i didn't run into a single problem, every hanger matched up perfectly. the only thing i made was a test pipe to go between my megan racing downpipe and the SRS exhuast because i didn't wanna spend the money on one. Still no issues and...
I just recently discovered that my rear sub frame was cracked around that bushing. Im really not sure what i should do, i tried searching around and couldn't really come up with anything. none of the junkyards around here have any dsms and if they do there just as bad as mine. Im just looking...
Okay great! Thank you for your help it was very helpful and the response time was even better. One of the few reasons why this is by far my top visited site.
Okay that makes alot more sense to me now, thanks alot. So I just cut that wire and wire right into it and dont worry about the rest of the wire, correct?
I am having trouble figuring out if I should wire in the brown or yellow wire. I do not have dsmlink yet and I have been searching around and cant find an exact answer. I will be running the innovative sensor in the stock front location. Do I just cut the pin 4 wire (white) and wire it directly...
I picked up a 94 talon es and it needed a trans so i figured i could pull it out of my 92 nt laser parts car. I proceeded to pull both transmissions and put my good one into the talon. the only thing that was different were the plugs on the 94 so i cut them off the 92 because the wires matched...
defiantly pick it up, i wouldn't think twice about it. theres actually two of them around me that i have seen a few times. you can never go wrong with a GN
whoever was driving the bronze ish color 1g without a bumper and a massive front mount down nickle plate props because that thing looked like a beast :thumb:
i would go with an auto if it was gonna mostly see the track. i prefer to drive a stick for many reasons and if that's what you want i would wait around for the perfect car and you'll be much happier with your decision.
i almost finished my timing belt jib but everytime after i tension the belt and rotate it 1/4 turn ccw and back to realign the marks are off. i've tried a few different things so hopefully tomorrow ill come up with something.
previous owner did the timing belt before i bought my car, which is only about 16,000 miles ago. i guess i would of never of thought to check my timing marks because its ran great since i purchased it. i believe my timing marks are off, can someone verify this?
also since im off by one tooth...
