bought jays relocation kit. for my 1g. the tensioner arm was too short... borrowed my friends own, and the tensioner arm is long.. is there a middle tensioner or should i cut it and re tap it?

whats the draw backs of the muilti pass radiator... i only have a 4 inch intercooler in front of the radiator and it only blocks the bottom half of the radiator

I put Evo X calipers and rotors on my 1gb... My problem is that the center hole on the Evo rotor is bigger that the hub, so the rotor sits in the studs and not on the actual hub... Can anyone help me out here???

So I have a Garrett turbo. the guy I bought it from said it was a 35r... But I recently bought a 30r exhaust housing and it fits the 35r perfectly... So I'm confused is it a 35r or a 30r what are some physical differences I can check to tell me which is which... Thanks guys
I'm thinking of running a gt30 with the tial stainless vband exhaust housing .63 a/r... With a punishment racing bottom mount vband manifold... It's mostly for the streets... Stock bottom end 6 bolt with a built cylinder head with 272 cams...Anyone have info with this setup or is anyone running...

I bought a 1gb talon, the saturn alternator took a dump after 2 years... so i replaced it but now it doesnt want to charge.. and its getting in the way of my tuning... idk if the previous guy wired it correctly...can anyone post their pigtail, so i can see whats connected... thanks in advance
thanks guys Ive totally forgot about the pressure tester... but yea... i ran the car in my garage for around 30 mins, drove it 10 miles, brought it back and nothing... no leak whats so ever.... unless someone is secretly stealing my coolant when im not around
Ok so every now and then I have to refill my radiator with coolant... It doesn't make any bubbles in the radiator, and the oil is the same hasn't mixed... No leaks and no smoke... Where/ what should I look at???
