what clutch should i go with my goal is mid 12s. what could support that? im thinking act 2100 but im not if that can handle that. so should i just go with the ACT 2600.

i just bought a 96 talon esi auto. its is leaking oil bad and is now having trans problem. i am thinking of doin the fwd turbo swap. how much could i expect to spend, and how difficult is this goin to be? would it be worth it or should i just sell it for like 1500?
