Theres an entire other thread out there about that. As for the motor Call R&D performance in carol stream. They have a direct connection with R&R rods and do great work with dsm and evo. There not far from boostin and there prices are way better.

I would highly recommend a south bend clutch. I purchased two from Tim zimmer and they have been great.

It may not seem like that but under boost you might be seeping oil out and its running down the head. I would try to sort this out before installing a nice turbo like that. get your maintenance done before you add more power.

Ok sorry to confuse you, it does sound like I'm talking about the retaining clip groove. There is like a missing spline if that clears it up.

Is your valve cover gasket leaking? It might just be leaking down the head and pooling onto the exhaust manifold gasket.

As the belt turns your belt does loosen and regain tension but only a very small amount. I assume all of the slack was on the tensioner side when you put the belt on?

As stated above make sure maintainance is done. Last thing you need is your timing belt snapping. Depending on how many miles are done I would look into a new head gasket and arp head studs.

I would recommend reading up a little on timing a 4g63. I would recommend picking up a haynes or chilton manual to make sure exactly what your doing. You can make the tool by a simple trip to ace hardware.
