I looked into these as well. Couldnt find any flow charts on this but seems like they just made this plenum to turn the factory manifold into a short runner for 420a that go boost. You may be able to get some extra hp out of it if you tune it.

What switch activates the launch control? There is a switch on the clutch that you can wire it into but you wont have to push in the clutch to start the car. Or install another clutch switch
My buddy with a SFMU and dsm 450cc says he needs an SAFC to control the injectors specifically at idle to tune in the idle right. Do you just have the stock ecu controlling the injectors still?
On the 420a the battery area is close to where the turbo inlet is. But it will get cooler air I mention earlier I will have some ducting from down under the car going up into the intake box

Yes "Particles" can still go through such as dirt and stuff but no rocks or anything because the way the pipe faces in the engine bay wont suck up anything. It also sits high up in the engine bay Plus its not down low to the ground or facing downwards.

What are you doing with the tach and speedo? Your trying to setup MS to control the factory rpm and speedo gauges?(the VSS itself controls the speedo gauge) Do you have the circuit in your MS to put out an RPM signal?
Go with a 1-Wire alternator and you wont have to worry about all the extra wiring. It will help rule out other issues now and later on in the future as well.imo

There is a sensor on the back of the lock mechanism. Make sure it is still on the lock and plugged on. Sometimes they fall or break off in the door. Try that and see if it works
