Vehicle is gen 1 n/a. Cannot get my idle down. BISS is fully down and 900-1000rpm. All necessary adjustments made (per all data) in this order:
Throttle closed switch (adjusted until feel it touch then 15/16 turn in).
TPS at 0.5v (watching through dlc/scanner)
Timing at 5 degrees with R/Y jumper...
Found a split vacuum line on my gen1 2.0 N/A. Figured id just replace all of them, well my paint came off of my lines for reinstall. Alldata diagram is incorrect.

QUICK HISTORY...did a auto to manual swap 1 1/2 yrs ago. everything went smooth but had a little trouble with finding the right flywheel and spacing the pivot ball. Got all the bugs worked out and a few months ago, heard grinding noise coming from trans...input shaft bearing....#### the rebuild...
I did my auto to manual swap a while ago. And i am so glad i did the conversion! But ever since i did the conversion, i noticed that i didn't have much clutch pedal. No matter what i did (new flywheel, new clutch kit, extend clutch master all the way out, bleed the slave)=still not much clutch...
Have a 90 Ply Laser that i did a auto to 5 speed swap. I didn't have enough clutch travel to shift, so i put a small washer behind the pivot ball. All was fine (just a LITTLE stiff to shift). So a few months later my OCD got the best of me and i ended up replacing the clutch fork and pivot ball...
