I have this exact problem in my 99 GST......I have 13.8v at the alt and battery. The ECU shows 13.4v.After 10-20min driving it goes to 12.8v-13.1v, wot is 12.8v and the dash lights for brake and oil come on of when doing a pull sometimes. With headlights on it's also a draw especially at idle...

I just wanted to bump this, because nobody ever comes back to tell what the solution was.....the IPT recommended cooler needed to be moved to the DS and put at the OEM opening. It's now 180 cruising, 195°in town. It's great.
I also forgot to mention that since I got it, the tq converter makes a bit of a racket. I was told that IPT said this is normal. It's in neutral and driving but it's loud on start and all. Maybe a bad bearing? Top up is the loudest u can hear it
I just checked and the DS has a wayyy better area with less fmic piping blockage. I'll move it over there and get new lines. Ducting will be a breeze too

Today I cleaned up the car, wheels, and repainted the notorious wiper arms!I also was able to get a base tune on the car. We can now go WOT on 10-15psi and low timing an zero knock. I need an AEM UEGO asap tho. AFRest isn't as nice as a gauge to see.

I had get a used timing bracket mount and had to make new aluminum bronze bushings, because things are just obsolete now. I restored the entire mount assembly.Just a lot of work!
Timing tensioner pin walked out. I had to redo a bunch of stuff. Head was redone, freshened up parts. It's back on the road, currently seeing 46lbs min of airflow.

yeah im using the evc to hold boost at 25psi to redline. i always had 26psi hit, then by 7k was down to 21 and it felt slower. now ihe midrange is felt to redline. super nice.there is something weird with the gear blocks tho.....if i change 1-2nd blocks, it goes right back to iwg pressure on...

ok i got a log, and boost acted weird, was oscillating wacky. 20-22 psi range. never did that before. tables are zeroed. enable boost checked. i did change the top lock # to .62 like in the video, and boost to 20 on the bottom lock. it shows on the log as well doing that. very erratic. didnt do...
