Like I said guys I already have the motor in and everything working. Just had to get some lines made and a new cover put on but the shop for some reason cant figure out where to cut without a pic. Now its a 6-bolt with a 1g t-belt cover in a 2g. I know you cut out about a quarter sizehole off...

Ya, the turbo is water cooled. I hear you on removing the thermostat, I wouldn't want to do that. The kid I bought the car from for some odd reason smashed the pipes coming out of the fire wall. Would you happen to know if thats an easy fix or does a whole thing have to be replaced? Thanks alot...

I have searched the fourms and anything I found wasn't useful. My question is on a 90 oil filter housing what is the thread size of the two ports that the an fitting would screw into, running from the oil cooler? I have heard 3/8 to -8 ive heard 16mm-1.5 to -8. Could anyone clear this up for me...

Could be as easy as your crank pully damper seperating or maybe if you didnt lock tight your flywheel bolts they could be coming out. I've done that before put a new clutch in and forgot to use lock tight alot of work for something so dumb. Anyways I hope that helps.Jim

For the money its the best setup to buy for a bolt on exhaust. Only thing I'd take out is the one resonater section, I'm going to cut it and weld a straight 3'' pipe.Jim

Ya I just took the a/c out as for the power steering id cut the line fill the rack and loop the hose atleast there will be some type of lubactaion in there. Works great for me but still regret pulling the a/c.Jim

O, I'm running a full Megan setup right now and its low and deep and a great price. Ive used N1 and thermals before and all sound great.Jim

Pick the exhaust with the least amount of neck downs thats all you need to look for. With our cars any exhaust will sound low and deep.Jim

If its a non turbo block no you will need a machine shop to tap the oil line. Turbo blocks can just replace old ones with new ones.

In a n/t block the ports are not even there, but you could have them put in. I believe its a screw in. Either way is ok I ran a block without them for a while but I do recommend putting them in.
