Hello all, Welcome to this batch of bump steer kits,

Ive decided to run these of with the other items im doing now as I have been asked for these since the last batch so here they are,

these will be coated in black hybrid zinc as apposed to clear zinc this time and no dust boots. If you require dust boots then any good quality covers will be ok to use and install.

here is the details from the last sale!!!

I have designed and developed in the quest for better suspension setup and handling for the 2G!

If you have lowered your car and/or want to add alot of caster then these are for you! they also remove any slack a ball joint may have and give ultimate driver feedback to the steering wheel for a more precise feel. Caster makes the connection area drop resulting in out of sync and and a massive issue for toe change in steering and cornering/braking! If you serious about handling then this is something you need.

These feature the same high end, race Chromoly rod ends I always use and will continue to use for strength and quality.

ABOUT THE ITEM

Adjuster shafts a made from EN24T for amazing strength and have the same length internally as an OEM outer tie rod end so no loss of length or threads, spacers are also now EN24T to match and have offset heights for adjustment and washers are included aswel if needed, everything will be hybrid black zinc coated, taper spacer inserts into the knuckle so no need to drill or reem the knuckle out! its what you would call plug and play to an extent.

Hardware will be a 12.9 socket capped bolt and flanged nyloc nut to secure into place.

For installation most of the time these will be placed above the knuckle like oem ones are, for those that are really low then you may try to use below the knuckle!

SETUP is critical to getting correct, the use of a bump steer gauge is best to get super accurate results, a link here walks you through best ways to setup and troubleshoot http://www.longacreracing.com/technical-articles.aspx?item=8162

When i tested my car out, oem tie rods vs my new kit i managed to dial alot if not most of it out all from the fact of lowering my car!

Lowering the car 2" sees a toe of 50 thou (1.27mm) upon compression! this is alot!
Oem tie rods and lowered 1 1/4" produced 32 thou! (0.8128mm) upon compression! Thats also a fair amount
My kit same ride height of 1 1/4" managed to get it to just 9 thou!!! (0.2286mm) thats much better and its also better then stock is at oem heights!

PLEASE READ DETAILS

Price is going to be an entry price for this batch of $275 shipped, fully tracked and insured, This is a very cheap kit compared to everything else on the market for a bump steer kit compared to other cars, and ITS THE ONLY KIT FOR OUR CARS!!! and its built by a DSMER for DSMERS!!!

These will be ready to ship out in a few weeks as they off to the platers this week,

giving you all the chance to get on board now and i can start to get batches shipped out asap on these once assembled,

any questions then please do message me, please pm me for my details

If anyone in the new batch wants to cover the rod end your more then welcome to but be warned it has to be be perfectly clear of the mating surfaces when bolting down!

Other option is to use these instead, https://secure.chassisshop.com/partdetail/C73-476-2/

I have a few more sets of these left, after these zell i wont be doing any more for a while because im developing new items so get them before its too late!

These are made and ready to ship!!!

Got a few more left now, grab them while i got them as it will be some time before i do another batch

Maybe a silly question but I don't know much about 2gs and I didn't see it mentioned. Will these work on 1gs?

Thanks,
Bryan
In theory yes as 1G and 2G uses the same part number for the oem tie rod, it just works the otherway around and instead of getting closer to the knuckle your going away from it, so just space it out more.

If that steering rack buy goes in to affect, I may have to pick these up so I can just put them on with the new rack setup.
It will, when i dont know yet, soon i hope.

Once this last set go i wont be making anymore for a while, so just saying if you want them grab them now rsther then waiting and not having it

Some how I managed to find 1 set! so its up for grabs! it really is the last set now as i checked my box i had these stored in, (really dont know how i missed this)

Last set sold! No more folks, I have checked to confirm LOL
