You could install a water mister for the intercooler. Run a washer pump to an insulated can that has ice water and spray intercooler down right before a run.
Its a somewhat old school anti theft.. its aftermarket. Usually there is what looks like a key fib with a circuit board sticking out of it. That is usually installed in that port.. when installed it makes a connection and allowed the ignition to work. If removed the car wont start.
Are you refering to a main engine fuse? If it is popping while you are trying to start the car, it maybe a short at the starter or in the starter.As far as the fuel pump continuously dumping fuel that could be an ecu problem not shutting the fuel pump down after intially priming the system.
