Found the problem! :thumb: Took the drivers auto belt motor out and there is a relay behind the white plastic cover. I guess it has two small relays built in one... http://img234.echo.cx/img234/8496/page27ls.jpg and I replaced it and it worked! It made sense because the motor was working in one...

My drivers automatic seat belt retractor works normally whenever I open the door and it goes forward, but when I close the door its doesnt come backwards. It was getting stuck a couple of times before it completely stopped working. Only way for it to go backwards is for me to pull it all the way...
