Wess was a great guy and will be missed by many. I know him personally as he built the motors in both of my DSMs many many years ago before he moved on to Texas.RIP Wess, may god be with you and your family.
You know the saying, you've got to pay to play. Besides its truly not that bad. Its 950.00 preloaded with a map for the car with i/e or i/e/h. Now ofcourse there are gains to be made if you have the programmer as well but its not necesary.
I ran 14.4 @ 99 with just intake and exhaust. I then later ran 13.9 @ 106 with a 50 shot of nitrous spinning through 1st 2nd and into 3rd.There are a few Celica owners now who have run high 13s like 13.7 with a cold air intake like AEM or Injen, an axel back exhaust, and the Apexi Power...
See after reading through this entire thread Ive come to the conclusion of why I'm glad I don't own a DSM anymore. 90% of DSM owners are ignorant to the fact that there are other fst cars out there and everyone hear needs to understand that information from you cousins uncles mom doesnt mean...
Im actually looking to get some parts for my Celica polished and want to know if the DSMers have any good links.I remember someone on here used to do powder coating but I cant recall who. So any links for reliable powdercoating or polishing would be great :)
an IT job that is dealing with anything pc related at this point in time so long as it would pay the bills. Theres a reason I don't have 2 DSMs and a bike anymore :(
Best Thread EVA! :)You can say that again..Thats what I miss, just the fact that tuners was about friendships to me which though we all still talk its not like it used to be and doubt it ever would be again :(
