Also this was after I had to install a new head gasket,_ so alot got messed with. Didnt know my video was on private , plz re-try my link to see and hear the motor doing its thing.

I'll check both the timing and the belt , I maid sure not to let the belt skip a tooth.

Thought the odd noice was becaust i didnt put the rest of the exhaust on, but it started to idle roughly and shake pretty good so i figure my timing was a tad off. had to also keep rpm up to keep it from vibrating badly.

i Just need to know , What is the tool called that installs a harmonic balencer. The guy that does the install on youtube hits the harmonic balener with a hammer onto the crank and i know that isnt the way to do the install.Any suggestions ????

just need yall to over look my timing to see if i have done it correctly (which i believe i have) i always like tripple checking everything before i start my car for the first time in 3 weeks.I have dry turned it over and everything seems fine. never hurts to get more opinions.

So the timing belt is installed , but I'm waiting on pulling the pin on the hydro to give tention. So a couple last questions for y'all how does my timing look??

i thought there was somthing up with the pin hole on the hydro tensioner :D, i will install a new hydro tensioner, money is tight and i have less than a mounth to move and this car needs to by my daily , because my 99 cavalier is nearly completly without motor mounts (mother did it not me)I...

The belt still wont go on , ive tryed and hoping yall have another solution. the only other way ive gotten the belt on , is with the tensioner off.
