Purchased a new ecu with link V3, before I was able to get connected with windows 8.1 my computer broke. My new computer has windows 10 and I am wondering if I should expect any issues with connecting or the software working at all. This might be a stupid question but I would assume windows 10...

CTS connector shows 5 volts with ignition turned on. Fans turn on when the CTS reads 210 however the actual coolant temp is not 210 when they turn on, with cap off and a probe in the system it reads 170 along with my autometer gauge that reads 170 as well. The coolant temp sensor ohms out...
