If you have the money, the shop will be glad to take it. Remote tunes, when done as precisely as possible, are almost as good as a true dyno tune, depending on the tuner.
I see you were having adjustment issues. Are you setting the TPS while watching the ECMLink program for your voltage setting to see if it is changing (mine does, from .63 up to .65 when I have the car running)? Just saying a small change is "normal". A large change is not.

And I don't use washers. Just get them tight, when the TPS is in spec, but don't over tighten! Don't want to break the TPS housing.
