Difference between injectors?

I was wondering if there was a real big difference between the ball/disk type injectors from other injectors like from Denso or any other name brand...

That is the difference.

Ball/disc is just that a ball/style with many holes in the injector vs the pintle style which everything (rc's,denso's) are.
