Replace your thermostat and drive it again.

Update - Replaced thermostat which didn't fix problem. CEL came back on within 5 miles. So next I decided to replace both the Coolant Temperature Sensor and Oxygen Sensor since the car has 75,000 miles and once this was done it was fixed . No more PO125 for now. This also fixed the idle and the felt surge during 40 - 50 mph.

Also found one injector connection loose. This may have caused the PO170 error.
