Currently I have the following setup:

1998 GSX with:
1G head, intake mani, TB
Webcams - street grind
Greddy big FMIC
660cc injectors w/ rewired and upgraded FP
TRE ported 2G exh mani
TRE ported 16G w/ enlarged w-gate
TRE ported O2 housing
2.5" to 3" downpipe
3" testpipe and full 3" exhaust

I am considering purchasing the following parts:
3" O2 elim. downpipe w/ 35mm Tial wastegate
Buschur 20G

I am wondering how much improvement I will see on the street (20 psi) and on the track (~ 25 psi). I know this is a hard question to answer, and no one number will be correct, but I'm looking for a ballpark estimate. My 16G felt very stressed at 20 psi, and I know the 20G will hardly be breaking a sweat.

I chose the 3" O2 elim. downpipe for a few reasons, but mainly because I thought the first 2.5" section of my RRE downpipe would really restrict the BR20G. Does anyone have experience with similar setups?

I would also like to know the average spool-up RPMs for a BR20G as opposed to the TRE 16G. I've heard that the Buschur 20G spools faster than any of the other 20Gs on the market.

Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Chris

From what I can see between my experience and 2 others that I know, what the 16G runs on race ga and 23psi, the 20G will run at 20-21psi and pump. My 1G went 12.4@110 at 23psi and race gas on the 16G. I now have a TD06 20G with internal wastegate and went 12.31@112 on 21psi and pump. 16G spooled at around 3K while the 20G spools at 3400rpms.
